My wife and I have just have an amazing lunch here, including a delicious dessert, the staff couldn't of been nicer, they were attentive and chatty. First class establishment. Next time we come down to visit the Grandchildren, we will be back. 😃
Atmosphere and food are consistently very good in this New Forest Pub.
In addition they are dog friendly even supplying dog beds.
A very wide choice of meals including Vegan and Vegetarian options.
We recommend it often to friends and family.
Me and my partner went here on Sunday. While away for the weekend. We both had a trio roast and can honestly say it was the best roast I have had in a long time. Great pub and great staff really made to feel welcome.as an assistant manager of a pub myself I think these guys are doing a great job. Keep up the good work guys.

I can genuinely say, this has to be the best fish and chips I've ever had 8n a pub/restaurant. We have eaten many times fish n chips at Rick Steins in Padstow, and hand on heart, this was much better. Its a great family pub, staff very welcoming and spotlessly clean. Anyone worrying about dining out with the new Covid regulations, there's no need to worry here. We watched staff scrupulously clean a table near to us, including the menus thoroughly.
