Not even 1 star!!! My child had a bleeding lip due to fall and we went to ask for a wipe to clean it around and want it to buy a plaster. Plaster was not in stock. Fair enough. They said that has nothing?! I asked if they have a first aid box ? Lovely lady after asking someone inside the store said no. Really???? No first aid kit??? Just humanity... is a child!!! I did not asked to give him a free medication or treat him, just 1 tissue?! Unbelievable... send us to NHS next door, from where we have been send back to Pharmacy?! Thanks God I’m a first aider. I manage to buy all required items in the near shop and treat my child! Just ridiculous. I’m sorry.

Very friendly team...always ready to help! Pharmacist always happy to give useful advice and go out of his way for customers.

Blonde Lady behind till chatting with a colleague from the neighbouring doctors clinic when I arrived and was incredibly rude when I politely approached (breaking up their convo) and said “sorry, can you please help me, I’m in a rush” (I was). Her eyebrows shot up and she made a comment to her colleague, obviously annoyed I had deigned to interrupt her conversation. Proceeded to be rude to me till I left.

This is the most professional pharmacy I have ever been to, and the staff are very helpful and well-equipped to fix any problems I have. After being disappointed with so many other pharmacies I am very happy to have found it.

3 staff 2 customers but still poor service. They should have self checkout and move the the OTC medicine into the aisles so we don't need to bother their very important work - like watching a printer print.
