Very well organised and convenient spot. They provide generous portions and for affordable rates. I enjoyed the menu very much and the staff were super welcoming and chatty. Highly recommended.

I’ve been to most restaurants in Northampton and this is by far the best. Everything tried was on point. I recommend the mixed starter and the duck.

Food was great, waiters were kind, management was terrible! Table booked for 8:00 and drinks served fine. It was then 40 mins before anyone came to take our order. Another 45 mins before the starters turned up. We then waited for well over an hour for the mains to arrive. No less than 5 people, 1 of them being the manager/owner asked if we were OK and we told each and every one that we were still waiting for the main course. We were then offered a round of drinks free, which I then had to ask 2 other waiters about before they arrived. It was 2.5 hours from getting seated to getting our main meal, which then arrived with no cutlery. It was part of the Eat out To Help Out scheme, which explains why so many people were there, but the restaurant was not particularly spaced out any more than normal so it was basically full capacity (and they were trying to do takeaways as well) which the manager herself said was the problem and literally said "don't complain". Its a real shame about the overall experience we left with, as the food really was good, but the young waiters were really embarrassed, it was not their fault that the management seemed to completely overbook the place

No parking and on a main busy street, so be prepared to spend time trying to find a car space. Restaurant lovely and clean. Food amazing and reasonably priced. Service was very slow, although to be fair it was busy. Worth waiting for every course though. Really enjoyed it.
