We started a business in a unit here. The rent started out competitively and the site was reasonably well maintained. The rent has subsequently been increased substantially at every opportunity and additional charges added as the lease continued.
The facilities are very dirty and smelly - rarely cleaned and used by too many people. By night, the unlocked car park is used by drug addicts, those partaking in sexual activities and the remnants of which are left strewn around the place.
The security systems/cameras do not work and the guards rarely seem to visit. there have been numerous robberies as the rear shutter is usually also left open all night.
These are all real complaints that were raised during our tenancy - nothing ever changed except the rent. We have now moved to premises that are cheaper, safer and better maintained. A lot of the local businesses have had to move out recently for the reasons I outline above. I would suggest steering well clear.
