A recent relocation from USA back to the UK meant our home shipped across Atlantic. Platinum removals were amazing as we had arranged for our goods to mostly go into storage facility. The team were exceptional in there attitude for making this as smooth a process as possible. The team were extremely polite. courteous and professional in there dealings with myself and also the shipping company that liaised with them to make the whole experience a positive one. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use their services again should I need them in the future.

Simply first class in every aspect of our house move. The Platinum team arrived on time the day before our move in order to pack and part load. All our items were carefully wrapped and boxed in readiness for the move. Larger items were wrapped in protective blankets. On the day of our move the team again arrived on time and worked diligently carefully loading our furniture. Unloading at our new property went very smoothly, the team regularly checked where different items should be situated and were quite happy to relocate items should that be necessary. Great care was taken at all times which meant that none of our property suffered any damage whatsoever. In summary, we were delighted with the service provided by Platinum Removals and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends.

Very professional service, took great care of our belongings, helpful and knowledgeable. On time, efficient, courteous and genuinely lovely people. It was a stressy time moving our stuff, but these guys were just so understanding and couldn't do enough to make sure everything was handled properly. We loved their chat and keeping us at ease. They moved super fast and efficiently but took rest breaks too, meaning we had time to check everything and catch up. Looking back, I want to use this company again. Big thumbs up . Had a great experience..... Surprisingly enjoyable 🤩🤣....now that deserves 5* if making moving a 4 bed house contents 200 miles is enjoyable...thank you 🙂

I cannot recommend this company enough, they made a move, after 23 years from.one end of the country to another easy. The move was well planned, the staff were really happy and couldn't help us enough. Thanks again, you were all amazing. 😊
