My first day at Simply Gym cwmbran I told the guy at reception I was a new member I didn’t find him friendly he didn’t offer show me round or a induction to the gym I had ask where the toilets and changing rooms were and when I went to use the gym after i got changed I was walking round for first 5 minutes like a lost sheep. It was too busy so couldn’t use the equipment I wanted use.
One plus is the gym is very clean.
Welcoming team. Equipment is in good condition and work. Social distance and codvid 19 safety is on high level fallowed.
Quite simply a good place to train without any bother, plenty of space and great range of kit, good clean atmosphere
Great staff and a well equipped gym
