Food arrived late. When it did eventually turn up the food was cold and tasted like it had been sat around for a good while. Very disappointed should’ve ordered a dominos instead.
Was put off by other reviews, especially when they mentioned disgusting, but tonight I left the ordering to my better half. I expected a poor pizza but I received an amazing pizza. Dense toppings, loads of cheese, spicy sauce x2. Gutted that the local pizza shop has closed but now I know why. Wow. Hot food delivered quick.
Horrendous, waited over 3 hrs for a very simple order. Everytime I decide to try this place out the delivery times are terrible.
Everytime you call to check on your food they put you on hold, pretend to check your order then lie to you about where it is.
Never again.
Lovely pizza, friendly staff
Me and my misses have always been pizza hut people but when we moved to pontypool they don't deliver to that far even tho papa John's do and they only a stone throw away from each other, very poor they don't branch out to satisfy customers
