The members of the company who came and packed everything and also the 2 members who delivered our chattels to France were all exceedingly efficient, polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. All the belongings arrived safely with no damage after a750 mile journey. Many thanks

I wanted a stress free move as much as possible and wanted to use a local business and only Fox came to mind. I read the reviews so booked a home visit for my survey, little confusion on survey time but no hassle. I received my quote within a few days and booked everything in, I received a courtesy call the day before to confirm everything and was asked if I had any questions, I thought this was a nice touch. They say a company is only as good as your workers and that couldn’t be more relevant with Carl, Jamie & Craig, they are a great bunch of guys, nothing was too much trouble, really helpful and did a first class job. A massive thank you to them and all the Fox team.

Excellent prompt and careful service provided from start to end. Surveyor undertook a thorough Covid safe survey of all items and provided advice on packing for going into store temporarily. Office helped and responded promptly to request to juggle booked removal date when our dates changed. And the removals team arrived on time and handled all loading quickly handling items with care, all Covid safe. After storage for 3 weeks Fox's arrived with our items all safe and sound after a 250mile journey in two nice shiny green lorries. Impressed the new neighbours ! And all the items were safely and carefully off loaded over 2 days. Thanks also to the lads for putting everything in the right room for us. Would definitely recommend

We recently used Fox Removals to move from Cardiff to Monsac in the Dordogne. Dan, Mike and Paula in the Cwmbran office were so lovely to deal with. Very professional and efficient and dealt with our request with ease. The biggest accolade has to go to Brad and Ollie that delivered all our stuff to our new house. Not only did they manage to navigate through our very narrow streets with no hassle at all, they were 2 days early, unloading our stuff took no time at all, they were incredibly efficient and polite with nothing being too much trouble. I would highly recommend Fox Removals for any international move and a huge thank you to you all for making our love so stress free.
