I have recently started using an office space in storage giant Cwmbran. My experience so far has been very positive. Gareth and Emily are both exceptionally helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Plenty of parking and a large, clean facility in a fantastic location. All restrictions are in place with everyone following guidelines - very impressed! Many thanks to the Cwmbran team for their continued amazing customer service.

We have two units at Cwmbran Storage Giant. It’s a great place, bright, clean and safe at a reasonable price. Emily and Gareth do a fantastic job, always happy to help and answer any queries. They have anti bac sprays and hand gels as you go in and they are operating an appointment system to reduce the amount of visitors at the same time. 5 stars well deserved.

This is the first time I have used a storage facility. I needed to clear my loft space and this was a big help, to have somewhere to put stuff whilst sorting it all out. Emily and Gareth were friendly and efficient and I can't fault their service. They were also helpful in determining the size of unit required. The storage room was clean and spacious. The price was reasonable. The one thing I wasn't prepared for was that we had to buy our own padlock, or buy one from Storage Giant. The Storage Giant lock is only good if you are going to use them regularly, as the lock is specific to their lock up. Anyone using these facilities also need to make an itinerary of what you are storing, and insure it accordingly. (Storage giant will help by giving you a list sheet to complete.) Apart from all that, I would not hesitate to use them again, as it is handy if you're decorating, or anything like that, as it gives you space to work on what you're doing.

I have stored items for approx 3 years at the Storage Giant Cwmbran. I have stored vintage furniture here so it was important that the unit was climate controlled. The building as a whole was always clean and well maintained whenever I needed to visit. Any queries were professionally dealt with by Emily or Gareth.I would have no hesitation in using this facility again.
