Poor customer safety and service. I just went to this shop and I picked up cream in the back aisle. I went to turn the corner and the lady in front of me wouldn't move forward enough, so I squeezed past her, and accidentally dropped the cream. It spilled on the floor and I went to tell the guy who was working in the back stockroom this evening - 26th Sept 2020. He came out and told me off for leaving the empty cream can on the freezer lid, and then chased me in the shop to tell me that I should use a basket. The guy was more concerned about telling me off for ACCIDENTALLY dropping cream and telling him about it, then the fact that someone could turn around that corner and slip on the cream and injure themselves. Myself and my flatmates easily shop 4 days a week at this shop spending 20-30 quid a pop (each). I will favour other shops instead of this one and ask that my flatmates do the same.
