We have always had brilliant food but tonight's wasn't great. We knew we would have a wait with it being New Year's Eve and were told 1 hour. We were told it would be a further 5 mins when we went to collect, but it was a further 30 minutes of standing out in minus 1° before it was ready!
When we got home, (2 min walk literally) the food wasn't hot and was overcooked. The chips had been cooked twice!
I know they were busy but maybe they needed to slow down.
We will go again as we've always enjoyed it and know it's a one off.
Absolutely bang on Chinese. Crispy chilli beef arrives crispy and the crispy salt and chilli chicken is crispy too. Salt and chilli chips are top notch. Tonight’s food was up there with the best in the universe

how disappointing tonight, saturday 8/8/20, duck overcooked and tough great large slices of ginger which were uneatable, greasy and unappertising just not the standard we have been used to for the last three years. not sure we will go again.
