Fancied a chippy for early Sunday lunch today so tried out Michaels new expansion. It was ace. Portions were just as brilliant as the curries and kebabs. It was proper chippy grub. Fish was massive and lovely, perfectly battered and chips were perfect. Kids had jumbo sausage and chicken nuggets and all was great. Will definitely be back for more!

Thought we’d give Michaels a try for their fish and chips and couldn’t have expected what we had delivered. The driver handed the bag over with 2 large cardboard boxes filled with perfect fish and chips. Absolutely awesome and most definitely ‘compliments to the chef’. We will be back for more. Well done Michael, for tapping into a market where most are closed by 7pm and delivering a perfectly traditional dish with style.

Michael in Thornton cleveleys delivery fella was awful. I ordered online for a takeaway. Reasonable price and it's nice so do try it. But delivery driver I just had was awful. I handed over the full amount for foods and he dropped some coins and tried to blame me. That's it's wasn't enough. It's was 0.75p missing apparently. Just be wary. I goes to this place every week on Friday for a treat and it's decent. But after this when he supposedly rang up the boss to see how we can resolve the situation. Just make me feel low. So at the end of the day it's up to you if you want to order. The food good and price. Just delivery unfortunately. I won't be going there again. Shame.

Ordered a takeaway for 3 this evening. Rice missing so had another wait for re-delivery. Everything received was 'swimming' in oil and being honest not the best. Shame because sit down meals at Michael's is always good. Huge disappointment.
