This is the second time in 10 months that I have used this company for removals and would not have considered using anyone else. Donna and her team of ladies are nothing but professional and friendly. They are polite and considerate and make moving house a much easier experience than anyone would imagine. They not only moved the usual type of furniture but went above and beyond to move some more awkward, large items which I know many people would have given up on. They always try their very best to find a way. My belongings were handled with the utmost respect and were safely taken and placed at the new house . I cannot recommend this company highly enough and should I decide to move again will not hesitate in contacting them.
Donna and the team were amazing. Made light work of my flat move- even with the two flights of stairs and no lift. And they were really nice. 10/10 100% recommend!

We used Shemoves to pack our house and move us from Cardiff to the Forest of Dean. Donna and her team were incredible helpful and responsive from our first enquiry, throughout the whole process. She also went out of her way to take an unwanted wardrobe to a charity at the last minute. The whole team were very friendly and efficient, and we would certainly recommend them.
I have reviewed my cctv to find that you or your team felt it appropriate to lean a large item that you were moving for a neighbour against my vehicle. This is NOT professional and the item was leaning against my vehicle for quite a while.
I only noticed as there has been slight damage to my vehicle but not enough to bother pursuing such an unprofessional company.
The brazen response is shocking. It should not have been placed against someone else's property. You should have leant it against your van or the wall. It was leant against my vehicle for about a quarter of an hour.
I was at work when it happened so was unaware until I happened to see there was an issue later that day.
