Visited recently on a Tuesday. Was very quiet, only a few people to watch Tenet. Only 1 member of staff working at the food counter, which was fine as it was eerily quiet. Great experience though, lots of parking. Hopefully cinemas and similar venues don’t go bankrupt due to Coronavirus.
Good cinema with good covid measures. The nachos were great but popcorn was stale. In the cinema hall the lights needed to be dimmed down a little more. But overall a good experience.
Average experience. Cineplex at O2 the same really. Westfield Stratford is the place to go for a modern feel.
8/2/20 revisit for very cheap kids Saturday morning showing 4 tix for £10. Screen 7 most seats are ripped with the foam showing through the ripped fabric. Needs a revamp.
Staff still a bit relaxed. I wish they'd stop letting people wander into the film once it has started... I don't care that they've gone to get food... The adverts are 30 minutes long! There's just no excuse for them to walk in so late.
Really well managed experience under the new 'normal'. Tickets sent to your phone and plenty of staff on hand to guide you with new systems etc. Alot less busy than normal which helps with distancing. Saw lots of staff cleaning too which is a plus.
