Completely dead, like a ghost town. We went 2 weeks after they reopened after covid. They were trying their best but it was definitely not like it was before. It used to be buzzing, now just sad 😥
Staff were very helpful. It was clean. Price for the tickets was brilliant. Toilets were also very well kept.
I went to Ilford Cineworld to watch Back to the future with my Sister, we were looking forward to watching Back to the future when the film was starting, I couldn't hear anything, there was no audio sound, my sister told a staff member if they can restart the film but he said no, there was no apology from them, we paid to watch the film, they couldn't even be bothered, the staff were so miserable and fed up and didn't care, if they have an attitude like that than people will stop coming to cineworld we both were not happy, Ilford Cineworld need to be better, they just opened but they are a disaster already, very very disappointed. What a very poor showing of Classic 1985 film - Back to the future, I could not hear the sound in the beginning, Ilford Cineworld needs to better than this. If the staff continue to have this attitude they'll have no customers and people will stop going, this was the worst experience at Ilford Cineworld ever, this kind of thing never happened before.

Been going here for over 7 years now and love the fact that its not only a cinema but bowling and well as arcade. Love coming here to with my girlfriends and boyfriend. However as always its quite pricey but other than that 10 out of 10!
