Chad who assisted me with information and signing up for a unit in Shurgard, Purley Way, was very friendly and professional. The building inside and out is very clean and well lit up, so it feels comfortable and safe going in and out even at night. The price is also amazingly good.
Recently signed up for a unit. Given the location and the big name chain, I was surprised to get a really reasonable price. The team we dealt with was also really friendly and helpful. Dealt with by phone/email and in person and always quick to respond. Security on site seems good and happy with my experience so far when I've visited
Despite giving a month's notice to vacate my space, I moved out twenty fours hours late due to the tier four restrictions being put in place and some personal issues it caused. I informed a lady on site on the day I moved out but I have still been charged for an additional fifteen days. Chad advised me to email the area team, who in turn have not responded to my three emails sent over ten days. Chad informed me that they are not prepared to remove the charges or take into account any personal circumstances. Quite disgusted that the company act in this way and show no flexibility in times such as these. Beware of lots of smiles when you arrive and pay but no help, flexibility or understanding at all in reverse.
Recently signed up for a unit with Shurgard. The place is clean and i had no problem moving in, thats because you have your own code to come in and out from morning until 11pm. Which is brilliant.
My experience today at Shurguard self storage city airport has been fantastic!! Simone was great and so patient to show me around. I felt so at ease to talk to him about my storage requirement. He took his time to show me the various options I can have for the same size of containers. Great customer service skills!! Thank you Simone :) , will definitely recommend this company for sure!!
