"system has been down" for over three months now. Also they pick up then phone and then hang up straight away. If they do stay on the line, it's impossible to get a straight answer before they divert your call and you get sent to a department where the phone rings and rings and rings and will never get picked up. This is what I imagine purgatory is like. Must be an amazing place to work!
Hackney council have failed the residents of Hackney over the last couple years.
1. Road closures and 24 hour bus lanes
2. Traffic wardens issuing tickets on cars with valid permits both residential and visitor permits
3. Pricing increase on residential permits. Someone please explain why my permit has increased from £111 - £162 py.
I was born and raised in Hackney and now I am honestly looking forward to moving out of this borough, absolute joke!
Spent over an hour and a half to report a faulty lift. operator picked up and then promptly hung up. not the first time the operators at hackney have done this.
Good experience, kindly staff, birth registration took around 15 minutes
Been reporting fly tipping for months now its got so bad there are rats now. Outside my ground floor flat outside my kids bedroom window. Its disgusting. I've been phoning the council. And someone keeps picking up the phone then hanging up. 10 times this has happened to me. Fuming right now
