B.Jo type company. Me delivering parcel - please take it! Security person - no, I am not allowed to take parcels. Me - can I take it in? Security person - no you not allowed to go in! Me - ok then I return parcel. Security person - but what if person ordered need it?!!! Me - ok, take it then. Security person - no am not allowed. Me - can I go in. No!!! All that for small box Epilogue. I smuggled it in without permission and delivered in middle of top warehouse. Don't know if I did good job, or they are after me... reporting.

Edited to add: they did resolve this after much nagging on my part. But I paid for the item, I shouldn't NEED to pursue it relentlessly. DREADFUL COMPANY. Took my money, refused to complete the delivery, but THEY KEPT MY £200. So now I can't even go elsewhere to purchase a new one from a company that would deliver because they have my money AND the appliance I paid for! Unless you're rich and enjoy throwing your money away, I'd strongly recommend you don't purchase from this company.

AVOID. DO NOT DELIVER WHEN PROMISE AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN THINGS GO WRONG. 1st time used and never again! Would give zero star rating but system won't allow. Ordered oven weeks ago for delivery & fitting. Stayed in all afternoon during allocated 4 hours delivery slot - no delivery or contact from AO.com. I had to chase them for an update, only to be told driver an hour after my time slot had expired that they wouldn't be delivering and earliest can deliver is in 12 days time - dreadful customer service - DO NOT USE
