I am not a customer of Barclays, thank goodness, but had reason to go in today. This is a truly awful example of a bank, I thought I'd gone back to the 70's when I walked in. Staff look miserable too, not surprised having to work here. Perhaps they are going to close it, that's why they wont modernise it?

Computer says no, kept waiting for ages trying to book an appointment to open account with this bank. Quiet glazed stares from cashiers; I walked out.
