The staff are always friendly
Extremely rude young person just about an hour ago refused to serve us due to air supply pump being broke. Once we paid and air compressor started,it emptied our tires absolutely flat.Left me and another guy stranded with tires completely flat. We went in and complained about it but the guy behind the till said - it's not he's problem and told us to leave,otherwise he will call police. He even dare'd to threaten the other guy by saying that he is a PROFESSIONAL KILLER and will kill him if he will continue with complain. Absolute DISGRACE
A VERY Rude young man serving this morning! Some confusion over which till to pay at given that I was buying both fuel and a car wash, which resulted in a verbal barrage from said attendant. I told him he was rude ... so he stuck his finger up at me when I left! Not an acceptable level of service. I’ll be revisiting when the manager is next in to complain formally.
Filled up with fuel on Saturday 13th April 2019 at approx 12.30pm
I paid by card and the very rude little attendant started trying to interfere with the card payment machine whilst i was trying to enter my pin number.
I told him that it's not the done thing to do so , and would he please not touch the card machine whilst I was attempting to pay.
He then started trying to warn me through gritted teeth not to talk to him like that and he can touch what he likes, he carried on making aggressive facial guestures.
In my opinion this horrible little man would benifit from an anger management course.
I do travel a fair amount of miles each week and normally fill up at a BP or shell forecourts wherever possible,
My intention now is to boycott all BP garages
