I had bought a Father’s Day gift for my dad on Amazon UK using this company. It was dispatched the day after I had ordered it, with an estimated deveilery date the day after Father’s Day; however this product never turned up. We tried contacting this company via amazon, them saying they would “get back to us via email” which never actually happened. We also have no way of getting a refund. It’s now the 29th of June and still no product has turned up, and no refund. I ordered the gift on the 13th of June.
We shall not be using this company again.
