The people are very genuine caring people. They do their best at providing exactly what you're asking for without a clear picture. I knew what I wanted, but wasn't sure how to describe the floral arrangement I wanted made for my mother's plot. They asked questions after questions so they had a clear idea what exactly I wanted. The arrangement was more then I imaged. I believe I got more then I paid for.

I ordered flowers for a co-worker who lost her mom. I called Bryant's and told them I was calling from out of town and what I needed. First I was impressed that they know the name of my co-workers mom (cause I did not know it), just by me telling them the name of the funeral home. The co-worker eventually sent a picture of the plant and it was beautiful beyond my expectation. The big pink bow sent it over the top. Thank you so much Bryant's you are a class act.
