Great team. Very friendly and accommodating. Had a few locks rekeyed at short notice. They gave advice for taking down a broken outdoor lock, which they then also helped replace while keeping the original cylinders. Reasonable prices.
I have been dealing with John Barnes for about 2-3 years now and I've always thought they were very professional and helpful. Recently I've had a couple of urgent jobs and they are always ready to help me out. Shoutout to Teena, Sean and Emily. The greatest of greats. Who ever the boss is, let em knock off early on Friday. I was going to this business to get a quote and surprisingly on the way i was cut off by one of their vehicles rather dangerously just to save may be 2 seconds not even in heavy traffic and got scared away. I called them and let them know what happened. Hope i wont see an accident involving their vehicle in my area.
