Tend is definitely worth the hype! It is so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing! The receptionist was so nice and welcoming. The “Brush Buff” where you wash your hands after checking in was so cute and unique! I arrived 2 minutes before my appointment (3 minutes before was suggested by the email) and was checked in, washed up, and called for by the hygienist all within 5 minutes!!!! My dental Hygienist was very pleasant and delicate. I didn’t feel like she was digging around in my mouth. The Dentist was also nice and seemed genuine. I felt completely comfortable the whole appointment. I wish I did better with remembering everyone’s names because they were great!

First impression - Solid dental studio! I recently moved to the city and was looking for a good dentist that would take my insurance (I have a pretty basic employer covered dental plan with Aetna). I was able to book online and confirm insurance beforehand so I went in knowing I was covered. I can say the user experience is very easy to navigate. When arriving check in was super easy. The aesthetic and general vibe at Tend is distinct and unlike any dentist I’ve been to. I found a few things that stood out: you’re given beats headphones, you get to choose the show you watch, they had vanilla bean flavor stuff, and the place looked very modern, clean, and well lit - they even put your name on the digital screen as a welcome. Great first visit, good quality of care, solid aesthetic and vibe. Have next appointments booked and will likely stick with Tend for the foreseeable future; it’s that different.

Service is as advertised and better. My technician, Val, was kind, professional, and so reassuring when they recommended an enhanced cleaning. (An insurance advisor was also on site to clarify the added expense of the extra treatment.) The doctor was efficient and direct about my questions. And the environment and overall experience was the best dental visit I’ve had.

Seamless experience, walked in, was helped right away because I filled out my forms online. Great staff, so much better than traditional dentists offices due to the easy process, light atmosphere, and TVs on ceilings. Everything was “tailored” to you, and I loved the high quality of everything from the complimentary (all natural) toothpaste, to the headphones, to the highly personalized sign up. If you’re looking for an enjoyable dentist visit, go here, they make it so easy for you.

Tens is the best dentist around. The office was clean and the staff were friendly and competent. I was taken right on time and at my first visit, they took lots or scans to have a full picture of my dental situation. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The doctor came to see me and showed me my scans on a large flat screen right in the room and after we were done, a receptionist came to check me out. Talk about five star service! I’ll never see another dentist again.
