Had such an amazing experience with this clinic. Dr. Lee is friendly, professional and a very good doctor. Was worried I wouldn't be able to see a dentist, as I work on a cruise ship, but dental booking process was quick and easy. So glad I decided to chose this clinic! Also very reasonable pricing for their high quality work. Thank you.

I previously trusted Dr.Lee and even recommended my friends. However, we found out the dental office file many services I have never had to the insurance to get more money. Ms.Joyce filed extra 2 regular cleaning and one deep cleaning to all my 3 visits and other services (I only have one regular cleaning in total). And they will file white filling when you only have silver ones to get more money from the insurance (in total 1/3 of my benefits are gone from those services I have never had). Joyce won't return emails or calls when you asked if they filed it by mistake. And they refused to respond to the agent from my insurance company. My insurance said the dental office violated the contract and might consider stopping cooperating with them. The dental office was always very busy and Dr.Lee jumped from patients to patients at the same time. From my last visit, in the middle of the procedure, he left and took a phone call for a while and left me in pain. In the end that filling hurts when I chewed things (I don't feel any discomfort before his treatment) and I had to go to another dentist to get it fixed. I saw all the good reviews about this place and I believed it used to be, but not anymore when you just trying to make more money faster without caring about the quality. Don't recommend this place unless you want to max out your benefits very soon and get your tooth worse.

Great experience! The entire staff was friendly, personable and kind! Considering I am an extremely nervous person when it comes to the dentist, they took the time for me and explained everything in detail and all of my options. Outstanding service, I would definitely recommend them!! Thank you very much!!

Beautiful, clean office. The staff were attentive and friendly. I enjoyed my visit and I plan on going back. I didn’t get a money hungry feel from them they really care and are willing to work with you. Everyone deserves a nice smile

This office has restored my willingness to return to regular visits again. The doctors, hygienists are very professional but more importantly, the care about you. Pain levels were important to me because of past experience, specially during cleaning/deep cleaning. I was very happy with my treatment. Hadn't been to see a dentist in over 3 years, but now my attitude has changed, and they work with your work schedule as well.
