All the dentists are wonderful and professional. I highly recommend the place for the quality of work. I took one star off because I find it sad that your kid get used to people, especially dentists, working there but in couple of years the staff your kid is familiar with is gone. I don't know why is that.
Highly recommend SLim Dental and Dr. Kim! My daughter, with sensory concerns, required dental treatments. Dr. Kim understood how to communicate and put her at ease. She took the time to explain treatment options and take our special needs into consideration.
Despite having multiple procedures completed in one sitting, my daughter left smiling and said Dr. Kim was amazing. Love this practice.
We've been to the practice two times and overall have had very positive experiences with the staff and pediatric dentists. Both appointments we've had to wait 20 min past our appointment time, but I think that was probably a good thing for my young daughter, it allowed her to have time to get her bearings and adjust to the sounds.
This place is AMAZING for children! The staff are all so kind and patient. Dr. Tracy Kim is consistently professional and gentle with my daughter. Sofia never shed a tear in any of her check ups. They explain procedures very clearly and inform me of the costs of copay before hand. I got enough reminders about my appointments too. The clinic is clean and kid friendly. They have cute little prizes after their treatment and my daughter looks forward to opening her prizes when we get home. I highly recommend this place especially if you have a toddler!
