We had our first visit yesterday and couldn't be happier! Everyone was very nice and helpful, the visit was quick and efficient! Everything was clearly laid out and explained to us! I fell everyone helped me make an informed decision without pressure! I am so glad we found this amazing practice!
The staff are super friendly. I remember the first appointment in September after pandemic (since March) we haven't really been around people for months. When I stepped into the office. I was greeted all the way by the assistants and nurses. I felt the warmth and felt the interaction between people is so needed during covid.
The interaction with the staff was caring and the work performed with my daughter was very efficient and satisfactory to me. I highly recommend the Doctor and her staff to anyone that is looking for someone to take care of their kids teeth.
Always a great appointment. Teeth cleaning went very well - and Dr. Shiva nicely explained what my son should be doing every day when he brushes his teeth. This office has the most amazing staff!! Everyone is so kind, patient, and beyond helpful. Love Upper East Side Kids Dentist!!
Everyone is very nice and professional. I never have to wait for my appointment as they are always on time. The doctor is very knowledgeable and has a great beadside manner.
