Did not enjoy the experience. I got the flowers I ordered however the vase in the photos was not the same and the customer service was bad. Management had to get involved. I would not recommend this facility.

Orban's has been my Go To Florist since 1971 even though I lived Out-of- State 43 of those 49 years!!! How's That for retaining customer loyalty!! Looking forward to continuing to enjoy Orban's service for 50 years and beyond!!

The only florist I trust for prompt delivery when quoted, fresh beautiful arrangements, whether for a funeral, get-well greeting, birthday or whatever the occasion, I have never been disappointed with the service. Been a customer for over 20 years & counting. Moved to Indiana & continue ordering for friends & family in the Cleveland area.
