The Bf took me here for my birthday a few days ago and I loved it! Couples massage while they had a live band in the background. Loved the salted pool, very relaxing. Definitely recommend going on a Tuesday or Friday night when they have musicians playing the violin while you relax. Will definitely go back! Had a great time!

I am pretty upset that neither Michael (Angel) or Kasey work here anymore. They were my go to guys and really did a good job. They were both very polite too and had many good conversations with them over the year 1/2 I’ve been a member. Anyway I got a call couple days ago that Michael doesn’t work here anymore and was recommended to this new guy because he had a similar pressure. Well, I gave him a shot because why not. We had a pleasant convo before had all good. Well I was wrong. I have never wanted a massage to ever end as badly in my life. I was actually in pain and indicated at one point was hurting my back. I am almost 100% positive I will have bruises on my back tomorrow. After this massage I searched to see if Kasey was still there when booking for next month and he is not. There are no males now except this guy I went to. My back legit hurts. I was too embarrassed to tell reception how horrible my experience was b/c he was outside and it’s Christmas time and that would have been rude to do. To be honest I will give someone else a chance next month but if they are equally as horrible I will not continue my membership at this location!

I visit this location monthly. I love the membership package. The staff is friendly, the facilities clean. They make you feel Comfortable and the masseuses are amazing.

I was transferred to the New York City upper East side Massage Envy a few months ago from Brooklyn. I am off and frustrated with even trying to book an appointment at this Massage Envy. On many occasions I’ve had to call five or six times to even get somebody to answer the phone. When I leave a message they very rarely call back. Recently I was told that my membership had expired. Strangely enough I was at the club two months ago and nobody told me that I needed to do anything to remedy the situation. When I called to book a massage week ago and left a message nobody gave me a courtesy call back. When I called to book a massage today and somebody finally answered the phone after calling three times I was told my membership had expired and that I was unable to get a massage at all. I would not recommend this Massage Envy. Sincerely a very to satisfied customer.

I been a member in Chicago, Gramercy and most recently the UES. For the most part everything is good. Last weekend my therapist was running late and they reschedule me for the next day. On top of that they don't listing. I ask for a medium pressure relaxation message. Not what I got.
