The customer service is good,good ambience and the charges are reasonable. I would recommend their services.

To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I couldn't even find the place, there's 2 separate locations. One for hair then another one for beauty service and when I finally found the right building I had to go to another street just to enter the gate. I didn't receive any instructions prior to coming but was told I was supposed to shave beforehand 🤔 then they didn't have anything for me to use to shave. Oh, there is no card machine to pay for services. They tried to tell me to walk to the main road and search but I protested so someone came with me. She called a car and negotiated a 13cd trip to Marina Mall with a stop at the ATM When I finished paying she walked off and didn't even check to make sure the driver understood what was goingon. He charged me 5cds for 2 blocks. I had to catch another car and pay another 12cd to take me tothe mall. I've been to spas in Senegal, Gambia and all over America Just because a business offers spa services doesn't make them a spa. This is NOT a spa. Save your money and find a place that will treat you as a 1st class client.
