Probably the best Ethiopian food in Accra. The buffet gives a great opportunity to try a lot and go back for the best sauces. Incredibly friendly host that make a you feel as though she personally invited you over for dinner. Lovely experience
An absolutely incredible dining experience! My first time trying Ethiopian food and it was delicious. Amazing customer service - very friendly, attentive and ready to assist. I was unaware that I needed to make a reservation ahead of time, but they accomadated me without hesitation. Both the host and the owner were lovely. As a Ghanaian living abroad, I visit Ghana frequently but this is my first visit to Simret. I wish I knew about it sooner. Must try!
I don't think you can go out of shape with Ethiopian food! Very healthy and tasty. This was my first time and I loved the experience. We met Tsige, the owner and she was extremely pleasant. Overall, the experience was very nice and it is great value for money. I tasted the homemade Ethiopian honey drink (Tej) and I loved it so much because it was sweet (I have a sweet tooth as you may know by now). There was a complimentary cinnamon tea and chocolate cake for dessert!! The tea was bursting with flavour!

Wanted to make a new experience, so we tried Ethiopian food for the first time. It will definitely not be our last time! The place is amazing and also the food is very good. But moreover we loved the service! The people serving us were extra friendly and very professional. Would recommend this place to everybody who likes to try something new.
