The guy we met at the sales office was very nice and helpful. I checked out the two bedroom apartment which comes with an additional small study room. The sizes of the rooms are okay as compared to some other ones I had been checking out recently. Their special one bedroom apartment is also cool except that the bathroom is a bit too small. I was happy to hear that occupants get to have their cylinders filled from the biogas facility being used as compared to going outside to get gas. The person who worked on the interior of both showrooms did a marvelous job. The rooms look great!

Probably the best public real estate project in Kumasi. They various suite of buildings is helping to provide good accommodation services to the public who work in Kumasi and nearby towns.

Out of style housing if you ask me. The affordability is very relative. Majority of Ghanaians barely make 1500 Ghs CEDIS a month. Mortgage and housing finance is almost nonexistent. So how do you cough up 195,000+ CEDIS for an out of touch one bedroom apartment? You can't. Target market would be government workers, SME and perhaps companies. The bank's choice for loans.

The project is almost complete and 50% of the flats are already sold out. The buildings are for outright purchases. However, some of those who have purchased are renting them out. They have 3 bedroom flats,2 bedroom flats, 1 bedroom flats and special 1 bedroom flats. There are also spaces for shops available for sale. Its a beautiful place and lovely landscaping. The prices range from 98,500 to 335,000 ghc.
