Beautiful work, thoughtful team! I ordered a Valentine's bouquet from Nancy's Floral for my mother. I am not in the area and I was thankful for such an easy process in ordering and ensuring that my mother received a beautiful gift! My mother went on and on about the beauty of the flowers, the colors and the arrangement. Thank you so much for making it simple and for making delivery happen despite the crazy weather this last week in the Gresham area! I wholeheartedly recommend Nancy's Floral for your flowers, bouquet, gift needs!

I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this place.. the first time i came in to place the order i had a employee with rude customer service and i was placing a order for my mother’s funeral so i was spending a pretty penny.. i figured she was having a bad day.. we all have those. I placed my order had my mothers funeral on Sunday with no roses because of the snow. I understand they don’t control the weather BUT i never even got a call Monday so i called Tuesday i was told to come in because i paid cash so they had to va pay me back IN CASH so i drive Wednesday all the way from Vancouver Washington to pick up my CASH and now i am told it has to be a check but the back is across the street she comes out with the check and it turned into chase bank... if i would have known it was a check i could have had it mailed to me. I told her i never got a call or email nothing and she says we were not here well you were here Monday she said yes but that’s not my problem i don’t know what happened... the manager is in the office... she never came to even talk to me... i do not usually leave bad reviews but this place needs to really have better customer service especially with the prices they have. I am not mad i didn’t get the roses i understand but i am upset with the way they handled it. Very unprofessional.

This place is worth every $. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful.The arrangements are are always colorful. The staff is great. I use them for all my florist needs.

My kids from out of state ordered Valentines flowers from Nancy’s. Omg. So lovely. Artful and exactly right. Nancy brought them to my house right after a huge snowstorm. They are still gorgeous 11 days later.

My husband bought me flowers here and they have lasted so long!! The most beautiful bouquet and I cannot believe they’re all alive a week later!! Gorgeous!! I never write reviews but hands down best floral place EVER!!!
