Excellent florist!!! I ordered the least expensive of three size bouquets, and it was spectacular! It was way beyond my expectations! Very friendly and helpful staff, and speedy same day delivery. Excellent email communication following my phone order. I highly recommend this florist!!!

I called to request a same day delivery for my daughter's Birthday. I had ordered from another business and those flowers were delivered 4 days prior to today. The condition of that arrangement was so awful, I had to make the situation better and try again. Not only were the flowers delivered earlier than their schedule would allow, they were amazing and my daughter was thrilled. Since I live on the other side of the state, this will be my go to florist for future purchases! Thank you!!!

When I called, the florist was very helpful in picking out the arrangement, making sure we selected the desired color of roses, accurately typing the message on the card, and sending the confirmation. This shop seems very efficient as well as very interested in customer satisfaction. I will definitely use them again. I live out of town and saw a photo of the flowers they delivered. My family was very pleased, and I’m extremely satisfied with Bothell Florist services. Thank you!

I ordered 2 arrangements for same day delivery & I got to see a pic of both & i am so pleased with how they both looked. Im also a florist (so I can be extra picky!) and these flowers were very fresh & looked just like the designs I chose. Also the gal who had to call me about my order was really friendly & super sweet (I wish I had her name).

I ordered a beautiful plant for my friend's birthday. I live in Australia and the help and assistance Kris and the team here gave me was superior. First there was a card issue on my end then trying to sort it out with the time difference made the time for completing my order right down to the last half hour of the day before delivery. Kris emailed and called and worked quickly with me to have this issue sorted late in her day and my friend had a gorgeous plant delivered in the morning as requested without a single hiccup. She absolutely loves her plant, it looks even better than the display pic which is rare! It's stunning and the service and care was amazing, thank you so much Kris and team!! I can not recommend The Bothell Florist highly enough, no matter where in the world you live.
