Brilliant service
Excellent service, their engineers reached within one hour of making the call to see our front door lock which wouldn't lock for some reason, that only I had it installed 11 months previously, they sorted out the all matter within few minutes and didn't require any replacement parts, I would definitely recommend ISF Lock and safe Ltd Locksmith safe opening services in Newcastle.
Outstanding customer service. Called out Ian when I was having a problem with my front door. It was sticking and acting up and wasn’t catching every time. Ian told me it was not aligned properly and my door wasn’t secure. I had a thumb turn on the inside but it was close to the letterbox and should not have been fitted in the first place. He got my front door secure and aligned it, it was like having a new door. Thanks Ian, brilliant job.
Changed all the locks on house so Keyed alike & all work on same key. ISF was very professional. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I had received. Would definitely use ISF again & recommend them.
