Our issue with the toilet occurred late in the day and we worried we couldn't find anyone to come after hours. We need not have worried. The folks at Thompson & Thompson sent someone quickly. His name was Preston George and he was polite, knowledgeable and explained our options clearly. We opted to replace the toilet and he returned the next day. His work was first rate and the price reasonable. I recommend both the company and Mr. George very highly indeed.
I don’t know the last time I’ve left a review, but I’m truly blown away at the service I received. They did a fantastic job!!! I will make sure to only use them for all services they offer, going forward. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Priced great and went above and beyond! They have great workers that get the job done and again, go above and beyond. I highly recommend!!
Excellent service! Rob was very knowledgeable and checked every bathroom to ensure the problem was fixed. He was polite and not bothered by my dog, who wanted to be his helper! I would recommend Rob from T & T for your plumbing emergencies.
We needed septic service fast and Thompson and Thompson came through. Cliff was so polite and respectful. I will definitely be calling Thompson and Thompson and Cliff again. Thanks Y’all !!!
