The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've been there multiple times in the last few weeks getting help and supplies to set up my new tank and they've never disappointed. The policies for store credit, trade ins, ext. are also very professional. I highly recommend going there for any fish needs you may have.
Are they under new management?? I don't know, but the service I've received the last couple of times has improved in leaps and bounds!!! Good range and a good stock of fish. Sourced stock from local suppliers (nice to buy WA born and bred),
If you haven't already been here, be sure to make the time. With a huge range of fish, hardscape items and equipment it's definitely worth the effort.
