Everyone here is always so friendly and helpful, and seems happy to be there. They have a great selection of cat toys, and they are nice and fresh - important for catnip! The store is clean and well organized.

This store is very dependable if you are looking for any guidance when feeding your pets. Low in employee turn over which is super helpful to see the same faces when you come in. Food is not cheap but high in quality and with the rewards programs almost evens out. For a chain store their customer service is top notch.

Since the opening of this location, we have been so impressed with the employees and the excellent customer service going over and beyond any other pet store we've ever shopped in over the years. We have cats that have food sensitivities and everyone has been so kind to help us sort this out with samples and suggestions of different dry and canned foods. The management at this store has become like family to me. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service they provide every time. Please keep up the excellent service you provide and know that I tell everyone who has pets to come visit you for the best quality products and product knowledge in town.
