Hiram, Percy, and his team were exceptional from start to finish! Hiram first completed an estimate based off of pictures, but scheduled an in person consultation as well, so he could provide the most accurate estimates. They told us upfront which rooms they thought may need an extra coat, and kept us informed if anything else came up during the job. Percy and his team were punctual both days and left our house in great condition. The estimates and final totals are extremely detailed and leave nothing to the imagination, which is supremely helpful in choosing a service provider. You can't go wrong with Hiram and CertaPro!

This September we hired CertaPro Painters to paint the exterior of our house. Like many people, we are home more right now and are reminded constantly that we were unhappy with the color of our house since we purchased it 3 years ago. I cannot express how much we love the finished product. When we pull into the driveway, it is a different house. When we sit outside, we face the house now because it is beautiful. Their team is responsive, professional, highly skilled and we found their prices reasonable. During a pandemic, it can be uneasy to have people come to your home. Their team followed social distancing protocol and wore masks the entire time and we felt comfortable and safe. The process was easy, and the product is fantastic. Before sending the final invoice, I was contacted to make sure I was happy with the job. However, with all the positives one stands out above all of them. Their team provides excellent customer service. I often reach out to different vendors for our home repair estimates and once the sales team or contractor meets my husband, I am disregarded. It is highly offensive, and I have not selected vendors because of this. I did not experience this with CertaPro Painters. Hiram and I had initial contact and arranged the estimate, I was unable to be home during the scheduled time, so my husband met with him instead. Even though he met with my husband during the estimate, he continued to communicate with me and direct questions to me. This mattered a lot to me. I will continue to share my recommendation to everyone we know. The work that was done was high quality and their team incredibly customer focused. TL;DR Amazing work, highly skilled team, social distancing protocol followed, great customer service. Hire them.

These guys were amazing! They were RIGHT on time daily, almost to the minute they told us they would arrive. They were careful with the house, and meticulous in their painting. What STUNNED me, was how incredible their drywall repairs were! I had a number of lighting fixture holes, and even a large gap where we’d removed a medicine cabinet. By the time they were done, I couldn’t even tell there had ever been a hole! And, some fireplace molding and baseboards in the great room: as good as new. It was a big job, every single room, three floors, including painting kitchen cabinets, and every single aspect of the job was done great. I could go on about the team, but I’ll simply say: the CertaPro team was professional, capable, polite and diligent, and the painting job they did was EXACTLY what we needed - top to bottom. My wife was so impressed, she made them lunch one day. From our initial consult with their Residential Sale Consultant, to the exterior work they did, to the interior work including the patching, CertaPro Painters of Baltimore Washington was simply outstanding. I highly recommend this company.
