Absolutely horrible service the people in that store are extremely rude and they are also price gougers to nothing in the image look like what I received in my delivery absolutely horrible what. Recommend this place for anyone!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY DO NOT DELIVER. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. Ordered flowers and they were never delivered. I called and they told me they were delivered. Funny thing is, they told me they were delivered before asking my name or address! I called back the next day, they said they were delivered then told me they were not. They kept promising and not delivering. STAY AWAY. I should have, read the other reviews.

Received roses for my birthday. They were beautiful, but fully open. I knew they would die within a few days. I called and was told they were fresh and I should just change water after a few days. Well the flowers arrived on Friday and it's Monday and they look sad - so, are completely dead.

I ordered my Mom flowers for Mothers day. Its during the time when half or more of NYC is closed. I cant see my Mom in person due to "social distancing" and I really wanted to do something for her. I searched the web only a day in advance and found this place. I was nervous because of all the bad reviews, but I thought lets try. I ordered the florists choice. The price was reasonable and they delivered on time on Mothers day. My Mom was really really happy. The flowers were very beautiful. They added the card, and the balloon I ordered. I am happy I chose them, and I suggest if you are in NYC and come across this give them a try. They will pull through for you!
