I am belgian. I came on a Monday around 11am, the guard at the entrance told me that the receptionist was not there and when I asked to see the consul he made a call and told me that it was not possible, then he gave me a paper "for the attention of visa applicants" while I already have my visa. I just wanted to report my presence on the territory in this troubled time for the country and I could not even get home while I was carrying my Belgian passport

I did not really like the welcome and the wait. Some Western embassies do not really have respect for Africans. It is always very condescending for agents to turn to visa applicants. That's a shame !
