You feel welcome right from the entrance. The supervisor on duty in particular gave a good impression. She often strolled, asking customers if they were satisfied/needed anything at all. She smiled to say "welcome" and "goodbye, see you soon". The order was also delivered on time and I loved the meal.

Poor customer care. I was not given what I ordered but paid the full amount

Good service

I have visit eaten KFC in many countries, such as the United States, Mexico, Japan and China. KFC never let me down until I came to this one. This KFC has redefined the fast food, where fast food means 20-minutes waitting, fries without salt and fried chicken with random flavors.
