I live in the team estate phase 2!! Don’t waste your time purchasing any house from Mr.Adom. All he cares about is money, the estate management facility is poor, low quality materials are used in building and the after sales service is non existent. He doesn’t even provide street light in the estates!!! Roads are dusty!! Drainage system is dirty!! DONT BOTHER BUYING FROM HIM!!! I want to sell my house in that estate but it’s proven difficult due to the disastrous nature of work done by him!!!

Very nice, Cool houses, nice environment, u can buy a house or rent to stay there..
