Appointment setter was very helpful and courteous. When I spoke with the young man at the local office he was extremely rude and short. Canceled my reservation, when you pay $100 a day for a local rental my expectation is have a small level of customer service. Not sure why someone would work in customer service if they cannot speak properly to customers.

I initially had a great experience with renting a car very quickly after my wife's accident. They gave me a sedan and was told my word of mouth from my enterprise representative that they would match the insurance rate. I agree that I shouldn't have just taken their word for it and should have gotten something in writing, but they seemed kind and flexible enough. Month later, they went ahead and charged me the difference, against their word. I called asking for a refund and the representative that I spoke with said it would be processed in a few days. It didn't. I called back a few weeks later and spoke to the manager, who said that there was nothing written on file and that there was nothing he could do for me. Don't make the same mistake I did and get everything in writing. Very disappointed in lack of professionalism and no documentation.

I am a extensive business traveler, frequently in my past roles and currently in my new role for over 40+ years. Having visited many cities all over the U.S. I have had some good and some not so good rental experiences. In doing so many counter representatives I have met just read me that so called script for contracting a rental pickup and rental return. This is not the case at your Enterprise West Ashley Office AT ALL! Over the past year here in Charleston I have rented from your North Rivers Avenue Office and your West Ashley Office. Each time I have seen new staff, existing staff, new managers and existing managers. It’s important to customer loyalty, market share and customer experience that the staff know their customers and remain flexible yet nimble. As a customer I’m certain that you are aware we can not predict travel time nor road conditions as they are every fluent. Denise Winkle (Manager) should be the role model for the BEST Enterprise Car Rental Experience. I can tell you that I’ve personally seen and witnessed the West Ashley Office change under her leadership. I could rent from any Car Rental Office I choose or any Enterprise Car Rental Office I choose, yet my ONLY choice is the West Ashley Office. The team at your West Ashley Office far exceed my every expectation and are an epitome of a role model Enterprise Office. This office will be my first and only choice when renting a vehicle.
