This place is wonderful! From waiting area and office decor to cleanliness to staff friendliness and service quality - everything is top notch. We visit the office every six months and today I took my 5YO son for a filling - nurse Tanya was so gracious walking him through every step of the procedure in terms that he could understand and put him at ease. The whole experience was absolutely great. If you are looking for a dental office for your kid(s) - look no further!

Just had our second visit and I’m amazed at how comfortable they’ve made my 4 year old. She loves going to see the staff there. Everyone we interact with is lovely.

We had the absolute best experience at Hines Little Smiles today. They take great care in making sure everyone is safe and socially distant when you arrive. Susan was an absolute dream making our 3 yr old son feel comfortable by engaging him in everything she did. She truly is a gem. Dr. CaAdrian Norman was the best honestly. She is top notch in my book. If you’re looking for a dentist for your child(ren) you will not be disappointed. I wish I could give 10 stars to this amazing team of people.

I took my two children here for their first dental experiences and the staff was wonderful. So caring and perfectly catered to my young, slightly anxious kiddos. Service was quick (perfect for little ones)! I would definitely recommend this practice.

I had a 9:30 appointment and showed up 5-10 minutes early. I didn’t even receive my new patient paperwork until 20 minutes after I arrived. Once completed I waited 20 minutes and still wasn’t called back for my daughter. I asked how long the wait and was told another 30 minutes. It is ridiculous that I would need to wait an hour for my 3 year old to be seen. No child has patience for an hour. Super frustrating, canceled my appointment and won’t be back. After a bad experience i returned to LIttle Hines at the recommendation of my dentist to fill my daughters cavities as we required a child anesthesiologist. Since this visit we have been going back regularly for check ups and really enjoy the office and staff. I'm glad we returned to give them another try and would definitely recommend.
