I absolutely love this Dental Office. I know I'm not a big fan of a dental check-up, but I feel at ease and at home when I visit. My son is 5 y/o and enjoys his visits as well. Thank you to Dr. Erickson and my dental hygienist, Ms. Alexis. I feel so great knowing you're there for us when it's time for a good cleaning and check up! Highly recommend!

What a great place! Smiling, friendly staff makes you feel like they are truly happy to see you! Dr. explained exactly what he was going to do....and did it! I had 3 follow ups for "adjustments" and all was included in original price. I now have a beautiful smile and I look 10 years younger! I highly recommend this place!

Farrow Parkway is a wonderful Dentist practice. Since leaving another dentist in the area they have been nothing but professional and helpful. I enjoy going in and learning something new, being able to talk to almost any staff member present. I strongly recommend.

I would like to start by saying that the customer service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. However, I was very disappointed with the the actual services themselves that were provided to me. When I registered by phone, I was told that I would be getting the promotion rate of $59 for x-ray and cleaning as a first time customer. . I’ve received my x-rays and didn't have any cavities, but my dental hygienist told me I need a deep cleaning. She gave me a quote for $1,200. I am familiar with deep cleaning since I had it done 2 years ago at another location. Even without insurance it cost me $400. I said I am not in the position to pay $1,200 at the moment, but would like to proceed with just my regular cleaning. The hygienist then told me they can not do it because it's considered negligence and against South Carolina law. I would think it was negligence to leave a patient without a cleaning. I am not exactly sure what law they are referring to. I am dissatisfied with this visit because I paid the money for the X-ray AND but they refused to do the cleaning...so I left without a cleaning...

I am new to the area and had a dental issue that needed immediate attention. They scheduled me in for an appointment right away and they were able to get my issue handled painlessly. The staff is very professional and friendly. The facility is new and very nice. I am glad I was able to find a practice I am comfortable with so quickly. Dr Erickson and her staff are great.
