Found myself in Armidale after a flooding event. Nick and his team were extremely professional in arranging for a replacement car key using high tech kit that I had not been able to locate in Sydney. Key was posted to me after I left - first class service - easy to deal with and great value too.

These guys are the best. I managed to lock my car keys in the boot of my car and they preserved despite the very disruptive car alarm and got those keys out for me. Their determination and service above and beyond my expectations!!! I’m so forever grateful.

Spoke with Emma who was very helpful. Sent an e-mail with pictures of my stuck window lock. Thought I'd have to get it replaced. Darren rang within hour. Advised how to fix issue over the phone. No need to replace the lock. Very happy & cooler customer

Fast service & a very good price. I’d been to 3 different locksmiths trying to find the correct blank for my 31 year old car. Luckily, at New England I was in and out with the new key in under 15 mins and paid $7. Counter service was great and the new key worked on the first try. Highly recommend.

New England Locksmiths were amazing. They were asked to fix or replace a lock on an exterior door and ended up repairing the door as well so it would close securely. Can't recommend them highly enough.
