Really couldn't recommend The Flower Basket enough!
I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my friend, as part of a package with Sandwich Grazing Co - the lady I spoke with was so helpful and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. The flowers looked absolutely stunning and my friend was delighted!

I just wanted to say a huge "Thank You" to the Flower Basket for their wonderful creations for my Uncles funeral. The flowers were fresh, vibrant and colourful and attention to detail was superb. Nothing is too much trouble and you only have to ask if you want something very personalised. Their service is excellent as are their caring and understanding ways. Their website is extremely helpful and the gallery gives you some great ideas. I would highly recommend the Flower Basket and thank you once again for doing my Uncle proud.
I have ordered flowers from The Flower Basket many times and they have always been spot on. The two most recent have been firstly a welcome to your new home and the recipients favourite flowers were sunflowers and a beautiful vase arrangement of sunflowers was delivered, secondly was a delivery to our daughter of a beautiful hand tied aqua of pink and blue flowers to again include sunflowers, also our daughters favourite flower, to celebrate the birth of her twins. The flowers have always looked beautiful and lasted a long time, what more can you want?
I was trying to send some flowers to my stepmother as she had an operation the other day and I was being frustrated by all the online flower sellers at their ridiculous prices and uninspired arrangements - and also inability to understand what "next day" meant despite advertising that service.
But since my stepmother's in the Canterbury area I was delighted to find the Flower Basket and decided to chance it. If I ordered by 11 it would be same day, they claimed.
And then... two very rare things came true. One was that it did turn up the same day I ordered, which is amazing. But also when I was sent a photo of what arrived it looked as good as on the website - and that doesn't happen often.
Highly recommended if you're in the Canterbury / Sandwich area! She was thrilled.
Fantastic florists. They do the most lovely arrangements. Very friendly and they go out of their way to get things right. Even in lockdown they made sure my mum got her Mother’s Day flowers on a Sunday when they are not even open.
