Absolutely top notch customer service. I called from out of state for some funeral flowers and the rep, I believe her name was Rose, was fantastic. She looked up the obituary and all needed info and assured me she would contact them for proper delivery. Made a painful process very pleasant. Thank you!

Absolutely AMAZING from start to finish! If I could give Ludemas Floral & Garden over five stars I would! The communication was incredible. While I didn't realize that flowers couldn't be delivered to the ICU, they put my order on hold and said that they would call the hospital each day to see if she had been transferred to a room outside of the ICU. When she moved out of the ICU, they delivered the flowers the same day! I HIGHLY recommend Ludemas Floral & Garden!!!

Ludemas was highly recommended so my cousin and I each ordered a large arrangement for a memorial service. The family was pleased to receive both beautiful and unique arrangements. The flowers have lasted many days Those arrangements were so stunning, plus flawless delivery, I ordered 2 more bouquets. One woman was so delighted with hers she sent me a picture along with her thanks.

Allison's arrangements are phenomenal! I gave her a rough idea of what I wanted and she put together the most beautiful arrangements I have seen. I cannot thank her enough for the work that she did for my outdoor ceremony and reception. We had to make changes up to 2 days before the wedding, and Allison was flexible with all the changes and offered suggestions that would make things easier for us.

Been there 3 times in the last month. Employees very helpful and very reasonable prices. Recommend to anyone.
