I bought my first painting from Saatchi. When I received it I decided it would not work so I began trying to contact support, per their suggestion in their return policy, but never got a response for days, on the 7th day actually, which is the time frame they give you to make up your mind. It was very stressful and now I finally heard from someone but the same thing is happening again and they aren't responding to tell me how I send it back. Supposedly 3 days after the 7th you must return painting or you have to keep it and now I am running out of time. If this is how they do business I won't buy another painting from them, even though I have one on my radar to purchase.

I'm an artist and one of my photos has been labeled as sold. When I called or e-mailed to get more info nobody responded. Today, more that one week after my initial contact and out of frustration, I called the buyers' line instead -- and got a live agent immediately. I found it very disappointing...

I am an artist and sold a painting in August. It's a middle of October, and I just have received a payment. There were some issues with possible damage to the Artwork. I wanted to warn all artists - make sure you package it according to the rules on a web site and take pictures with your packaging process. Customer support was polite but hard to reach, and sometimes I waited for an answer from them for a week or longer, or didn't receive at all and had to write again. it was my first sale with them and I found it stressful. I hope that my experience is not a common situation.
